Many of you may be aware of the impending restructuring of Self Direct services into a program called Financial Management Services (FMS). At this point, FMS is scheduled to go into effect on November 1, 2011. While this does mean a change to how the program operates, we would like to assure you that there will be no change to the level of care you are currently receiving through our agency.
Below, we have answered several questions about what this means for you and listed some additional steps to make your transition to FMS goes as smoothly as possible:
