Our agency works with the Medicaid programs for the Home Community Based Services for the Frail Elderly (HCBS/FE), the Physically Disabled (HCBS-PD), and the Head Injury Waiver (HCBS-HI). These are programs that are authorized through an Independent Living Resource Center and the Sedgwick County Department on Aging. We also participate in programs funded through the Central Plains Area Agency on Aging-Senior Care Act (SCA)/Older Americans Act (OAA). We are Medicaid certified through the Kansas Department of Health and Human Services and contract with most private insurances. With locations in both Valley Center, Kansas and Wichita, Kansas, we service agency directed clients within 100 miles of Wichita, Kansas and self-directed clients state-wide.

We offer different types of services depending on your needs..
Agency Directed services are for those clients who need short-term or long term home assistance and don't know of a care provider they would like to have assist them. One of our staff care givers will become familiar with your needs and provide services on a regular basis.
Self Directed services are for those clients who need assistance in the home and already have someone, usually a friend or extended family member, who can provide the assistance. For these clients we handle the insurance billing, payments to the care provider and assistance with finding back up staff.
Contracts are translated to accommodate those clients and/or workers who speak Vietnamese. Office staff and field staff available to translate or speak Spanish as well. Please contact us for any language needs beyond Vietnamese and Spanish and we'll provide the translation services necessary.
