All Saints Home Care is proud to announce that Kansas SRS and Department on Aging have both approved our application to provide Financial Management Services, statewide. As many of you know, effective November 1, the state will transform it's current Self-Directed programs to what is now called FMS. This transformation was made mandatory by the federal government, and splits the monies paid to providers between one ammount to be paid to Direct Support Workers and another monthly fee to be paid to the provider for their administrative costs.

Earlier this month, All Saints sent letters to both our clients and thier workers that will be impacted by this change. Along with these letters, we sent contracts that are necessary to sign and return to us in order to begin FMS services. Again, these contracts are mandatory according to the new FMS program guidelines. Below, you will find links to both the client and worker letters, as well as links to each of the contracts.
