To renew your CPR certification, or if you are getting certified for the first time, the cost is $30.00 through the American Heart Association, and is good for two years.  The payment can either be payroll deducted from your check or you can pay for it the day of the class or anytime before the class.  If you preppay for your scheduled class and fail to appear, you will have the opportunity to re-schedule, one time only, at no additional cost.  If you choose not to reschedule, are terminated or resign during the time, you will not be refunded you fee.  Below is a form to be filled out and returned.
